Hi [FORMATTED_FIRST_NAME GOES HERE] - How is your August so far? Mine is infinitely better than July, thank dog! I just got back from 5 days on Cape Cod, one of my favorite places I went with Burt and Lucy. After Lucy passed last June, Burt and I spent more than half the summer there, going to the beach every morning. On this trip, Michael and I still spent our mornings at the dog beach because there's nothing more joyful than watching the dogs run and swim together. And being there made me kinda sorta maybe almost ready to potentially start considering getting another dog. 🥹 I still miss Burt so much. And I realized I never told you about the enrichment lessons we created together for the Puppr app! Have you heard of Puppr? It's a dog training app created by my friend Sara Carson (@thesupercollies from America's Got Talent). Last fall, Sara asked me to create 10 enrichment lessons for the app. I said we could use one of her dogs to demonstrate them, but she said Burt would be perfect. I was so happy to showcase a 13-year-old special-needs rescue as the star of these lessons. 🥹 You can access all 10 lessons for free!
